1. Quotations

Quotes are valid for [30] days and are in [USD / EUR]. Prices exclude import duties and local taxes in the buyer’s country.

2. Orders & samples

An order is confirmed when we receive a written (email or WhatsApp) order and the agreed deposit. Custom and private-label orders begin after sample approval.

3. Payment

4. Delivery

For private-label products, the brand owner is responsible for product registration and labelling in its markets; we provide the agreed supporting documents.
