Ordering
Are you a manufacturer or a trader?
We are a core manufacturer. Every instrument is made and finished in our own workshop in Sialkot, Pakistan.
Can you put our brand on the instruments?
Yes. We laser-mark your logo and catalog numbers and pack in your private-label pouches and boxes.
Can you copy an instrument from a sample?
Yes. Send a sample or drawing and we will match the pattern, angle, length and jaw style.
What is your minimum order?

What is the lead time?

Do you sell to individual surgeons and hospitals?
Yes. We supply brands and distributors in bulk, and hospitals and surgeons in smaller quantities.
How do I place an order?

Which payment methods do you accept?

Can you change an angle, length or handle?
Yes — custom modifications are a core part of our work, from a single piece.
Do you make single-use instruments?

Can instruments carry our UDI / Datamatrix?
Yes, we laser-mark Datamatrix and UDI codes supplied by you.
Shipping & after-sales
Where do you ship?
Worldwide, by courier (DHL / FedEx) or air freight, with export documents.
What warranty do you give?
