Quality
Quality & materials
How we choose materials, finish instruments and inspect every piece before it is marked with your brand.
[Certifications: list only the ones you hold — e.g. ISO 13485 certificate number and certification body, CE technical documentation, FDA establishment registration.]
Materials we use
| Material | Why | Used for |
|---|---|---|
| Martensitic stainless steel (e.g. AISI 410 / 420 series) | Hardenable; holds an edge and resists wear | Scissors, needle holders, forceps, clamps |
| Austenitic stainless steel (e.g. AISI 304 / 316) | Non-hardenable, tough, highly corrosion resistant | Retractors, suction tubes, sump tips, trays |
| Titanium alloy (e.g. Ti-6Al-4V) | Light, non-magnetic, high strength-to-weight | Micro instruments, MICS instruments, needle holders |
| Tungsten carbide (TC) | Very hard inserts brazed to jaws and blades | Needle-holder jaws, scissor blades, forceps tips |
| Nitinol | Super-elastic, kink resistant | Vascular dilators, needle / syringe extenders |
